John Singer Sargent had a remarkable eye. I was less impressed with the paintings I knew to associate with him then the ones I never heard of before. He did amazing things with light. The views from the ortho floor at WCM. Ain’t it grand.This was an MSK site at which people could relax and get massage care. Now it’s for rent. I love the 1429 1st Ave sign.For my friend DP who has a fascination with summer wear boots. These were color coordinated with a great summer dress.The clouds in 1-2 (left-right) caught my glance and won my heart. The really overwrought building from 57th Street actually just scares my heart.
