Come on, sit

Sit with me. Sit still and look at that sky.

Sit with me

Stare out my window at the clouds, billowing darkly above.

A walk on the quiet side

There were workers on these roofs yesterday.

The cars are pretty much a fixture on the block.

The clouds, now they are changeable.

High rising

Do I have a preference
Low rising or high-rises
Hitting the skies, aiming
For clouds. Ambitious 
Teetering into the blue
Or on this morning, the
Grey. This has always
Been the future. Upward
Towering over the little
5-storey and even way
Above your 15th floor
Condominium, claiming
Its place. Not just holding 
Its ground, but piercing
The sky. Ever higher and
Bigger. Is it better, or am
I just too conservative?

On my walk

The snowy pillows of clouds mirror the remaining snow heaps in the park.*

The crane is two blocks west working on an immensely tall building that is scheduled to dominate this area.

There is a romance of the facade in style and variety.
