Lucky 13
In the over 50 years, I have lived in this part of town, I never noticed that E 71 was EXIT 13.
For much of those many years, 13 was my exit!

Why have I been ragging on Halloween?
So much orange? I love orange! I love that it’s colorful. I guess it’s the creepy, both fake and real, to which I object.

Well, sort of… but I was amused.
Much of my time
Friendly or neighborly, quiet or brisk, walks give us a different perspective. There is always so much to learn as we step boldly around and about.
We skirt obstacles we never thought would be important. We are greeted by fresh vistas.
Walking is an exploration. Each time we uncover a new path or a place we had not noticed on our last trip.
Every walk is a revelation.
