Unwelcome

Storekeepers spend a good deal on rent alone to sell their goods.

You would think they want to make customers happy. And that they would welcome any custom that came their way.

This makes me wonder about the sign in this big old laundromat. ¿They do not want you to bring in wet laundry from outside.¿

There were many vacant machines.
