Look at all this! I had not been at the big park on the East River Esplanade in at least two years. Things have certainly changed. It’s beautifully laid out. The grass attracts the kids whose parents are challenged to find access to it. There are seats that serve as look out points or picnic areas. Looking out is the big attraction. See for yourself. Boats roam by underfoot, and the entire expanse of river and Roosevelt Island, bridge and Queens as well as southward views I did not capture….
