Ambition

What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

There was a time when I aspired to fame and fortune. Fame in the form of my name on the side of a building.

Not any building but a good sized New York City edifice. The plaque? Big. (Not like 45 ‘uge but tasteful big.)

Now? This little country miniature is all I need. No plaque with my name even on the mailbox. I don’t have to own it. I just enjoy it in passing.
